As part of an effort to better manage its green procurement network and make its products more Environment-friendly,Samsung Techwin conducts preliminary environmental assessment on part and consumables it purchases for use in production.
Currently, 72% of all our parts and consumables, in value, are purchased through our green procurement system.

AS a contracting party to the Voluntary Agreement for Green Procurement (an agreement between the Korean Ministry of Environment and the industry , concluded in 2006).
Samsung Techwin leads the effort to promote the use of environment-friendly products.
We plan steadily expend the share of parts and materials purchased through our green procurement system over the coming years.
